We are an MSP. We evaluated AI assistants for our own site and found every option either dumb or dangerous — rule-based bots that frustrate visitors, or open-ended models that improvise prices and SLAs.

So we built the one our SLAs could survive. We run it on our own site first: every feature ships only after our own customers have tried to break it.
