Capabilities

One concierge. Five jobs.

Each capability ships with the same guardrails: grounded answers, a confirm gate before anything is filed, and a receipt you can audit.

01 · Ask

Answers with receipts.

Every reply ends with a collapsible Answer Receipt: sources cited, confidence, timestamp, audit-log indicator. Visitors can verify; admins can audit. If the KB doesn't support an answer, the receipt says so instead of improvising.

02 · Attach

Bring the paperwork.

Invoices, contracts, error logs, RFP excerpts — drag them in. The concierge extracts what matters (amounts, dates, device names, error codes), tags it, and clips it to the draft ticket. Admins see the parsed fields before submission.

03 · Show

Show, don't describe.

"Describe the problem" is where support dies. Instead: visitors photograph the blinking light, the BSOD, the mangled cable. Vision models read the image, ask targeted follow-ups, and attach the evidence. PII redaction runs before storage.

04 · Estimate

Ballparks, not promises.

From your published service catalog, the concierge offers honest ranges — always labeled: "Estimate, not a quote. A specialist confirms scope and price before any work starts." No invented discounts, no fake availability.

05 · Talk

Call it like a colleague.

Voice mode in-browser, or a real phone number staffed by the concierge 24/7. It speaks naturally, listens for urgency, and reads back a summary before anything is filed. Perfect for technicians with their hands inside a rack.
